VELMORA
Since 2011

Built by hand,
rooted in Jaipur.

How it started

A workshop of eight,
a promise of quality.

VELMORA began in a single-room workshop with eight craftsmen and one belief: furniture should be made to last, not to land-fill. Fifteen years later that belief hasn't changed — only the number of hands carrying it forward.

Today we work with FSC-certified timber merchants, employ 60+ artisans across two workshops, and ship nationwide with our own white-glove delivery fleet. But every piece still starts the same way it did in 2011 — with a sketch, a plank of solid wood, and someone who cares whether it lasts.

Milestones

Fifteen years, one workshop at a time.

2011 — The First Bench

Eight craftsmen, one workshop, and a single armchair design that's still in our catalog today.

2015 — Going Nationwide

VELMORA pieces ship to every state, with our own white-glove delivery and assembly teams.

2019 — FSC Certification

100% of our hardwood is now sourced from FSC-certified, sustainably managed forests.

2023 — 10,000 Homes

We furnish our ten-thousandth home and open a second, larger workshop to meet demand.

2026 — Today

60+ artisans, 120 designs, and a 25-year warranty backing every frame we build.

What we stand for

Three promises we never break.

Sustainably Sourced

Every plank is FSC-certified. For every tree we use, two more are planted through our reforestation partners.

Honest Pricing

No mid-season markdowns designed to make a "sale" feel real. Our prices reflect true cost, always.

People First

Every artisan is a salaried employee with healthcare — not a piece-rate contractor. Fair work builds better furniture.
